BookMySadya.com is an online directory and promotional platform that helps customers discover restaurants, caterers, hotels, home chefs and other businesses offering Onam Sadya and related food services.
BookMySadya does not sell or ship physical products. Our paid services consist primarily of digital business listings, promotional placements, featured listings and advertising services.
1. No Physical Shipping
BookMySadya does not currently sell physical goods through the website.
Therefore:
- No physical products are shipped.
- No shipping charges apply.
- No courier or postal delivery is involved.
- Customers do not need to provide a shipping address when purchasing our digital services, unless such information is specifically required for another purpose.
2. Free Listings
Free listings may be submitted through BookMySadya.com and are subject to our listing guidelines and approval process.
Once a free listing has been successfully submitted and approved, it becomes available on the platform.
Approval times may vary depending on the volume of submissions and any verification or moderation requirements.
3. Premium Listings
Premium Listing is a digital service.
After successful payment and completion of any applicable review or approval process, the Premium Listing will be activated according to the features and duration displayed on the relevant plan page.
The service is delivered entirely through BookMySadya.com. No physical delivery is involved.
4. Featured Listings
Featured Listing is a digital promotional service that provides enhanced visibility on BookMySadya.com.
After successful payment and approval, the purchased Featured Listing benefits will be activated according to the applicable plan.
Featured placement is subject to availability, platform requirements and the terms applicable to the purchased plan.
5. Advertising & Promotional Services
BookMySadya may offer additional digital advertising and promotional services, including homepage placements, sponsored visibility and other promotional opportunities.
The delivery method, placement, duration and applicable terms for each advertising service will be communicated on the relevant product, pricing or advertising page before purchase.
These services are delivered digitally through the BookMySadya website and do not involve physical shipping.
6. Service Activation Time
For paid digital services, activation will normally take place after:
- Successful payment confirmation;
- Submission of the required business information; and
- Completion of any applicable review or approval.
In most cases, services can be activated after payment and approval. However, activation may take additional time where manual verification or technical review is required.
7. Payment Successful but Service Not Activated
If your payment has been successfully completed but your purchased service has not been activated within a reasonable period, please contact us.

- Order ID
- Payment or transaction ID
- Purchased plan or service
We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.
8. Service Availability
BookMySadya makes reasonable efforts to keep its digital services available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Such temporary interruptions do not constitute physical delivery delays.
